AgroCleverŪ Solution Architecture
Module structure of AgroClever®
allows to create a network and configuration in accordance with the
Customer's needs.
AgroClever® Architectural modules
are PDA, GPS, Workstation, and Server.
PDA is an innovative tool possessing
the following functionality:
-
Data Collection: map data
collection and primary processing. Technically perfect and at the
same time easy-to-use software tools of AgroClever® help to
create a register of cultivated land and
miscellaneous objects using PDA/GPS, calculate exact size and
coordinates of cropped area, record its characteristics and history.
-
Service and Reporting: work
orders receipt; chronological record of work execution (primary
report); machinery navigation (option); navigation service.
-
Control: ground control
results record and transfer to the Workstation.
PDA helps to carry out and control all
work processes: it receives work orders, records weather conditions
and time/terms of work, alarms of deviations. Moreover, PDA helps to
navigate machinery, leads an Executor along the correct trajectory,
and alerts of swerving from it.
Workstation is a hardware that
allows to maintain strategic and operational management of
agricultural works, consolidate data, form and transfer consolidated
reports, as well as to eliminate errors.
Analytical tools of objects doubling
control help to avoid objects overlapping during data receipt.
Additionally, AgroClever®'s modern satellite-assisted
technologies help to minimize coordinates reading inaccuracy.
Data Filter and Checking. This
analytical function allows to find out and eliminate mismatch between
actual (recorded) map data and normative cadastre data.
Easy-to-use and handy Master Data
Wizard helps to create master data on machinery, human resources,
inventory, and/or import this data from external systems. Combining
and Substitution function allows to make a quick and easy choice
of resources optimal utilization, and also to substitute machinery
and/or specialists in accordance with the current requirements.
AgroClever® Basic Set-up helps
to set up required basic characteristics of farming, such as required
crop rotation structure, crop priority, minimum production volume
etc. AgroClever® constantly checks data for compliance with
optimal farming methods, and fixed normative
standards.
PDA Additional
Functions
-
receiving and consolidation of map
data;
-
map data processing;
-
creating and transferring work
orders to the executors, and
-
receiving and checking work
execution reports;
-
creating and transferring ground
control schedules, and
-
receiving and processing control
results.
Server Additional
Functions
-
planned and normative parameters
receipt;
-
consolidated and detailed reports
transfer;
-
documentation coordination and
confirmation;
-
analytical verification of
correspondence to normative and basic parameters.
Server is a system that
consolidates and processes data, forms analytics and reports upon
workstations' request.
AgroClever® consolidates data from
as many workstations as there are in the system, and saves it on an
executive server. This enables to perform physical inventory, and to
check and process data detailed by separate regions, farms, or even
fields.
Processing reliable and full
information with flexible Agroclever® tools enables to form and
design reports regarding almost any parameter in any specified
breakdown or value range.
Compliance with
Normatives. This analytical block allows to find out disbalance
in crop rotation in a regional frame, discrepancies with the
specified manufacturing and ecological normatives/plans.
Formed Land Register functional
block allows to reveal mismatches between declared and real data, for
instance, to find unused, hidden or overstated fields.
Using mathematic forecast models,
AgroClever® helps to elaborate strategic plans, to calculate
balance of received credits and acreage/results, to estimate cost
efficiency and so on.
