Control

Control and reliable data are a foundation of successful farming.

AgroClever® Control System is a combination of innovational technical (GIS, GPS) and administrative solutions. Control block automatically creates and passes work orders to Executors, receives reports about work performed and checks its quality, adds wage payments, deducts materials, takes control over machinery utilization efficiency, reveals mismatches from plans and normative standards, creates history of a field, estimates quality of growing and ready products etc.

Moreover, a unique three-level structure of control (self-control, external control, and GIS-control) provide reliable data about work execution quality as for the every separate operation, as for the crops condition in whole.

Structure of the block

  • creating, confirming, and passing of work orders
  • control of work execution
  • receiving of work orders
  • revealing of mismatches, and passing the data to the External Ground Control (EGC) and to the Management (Administrative) Center
  • analysis of objective characteristics and correction of forecasts
  • informational service and dynamic report

Enforcement of technology is a key function of AgroClever®.

Calendar alerts about Delivery Schedule and Works Execution Terms help to prepare for the execution of confirmed working plan beforehand.

Work Orders Creation System enables to form work orders in accordance with the actual circumstances, and automatically sends them to the PDA of an Executor in charge.

PDA Service Functions help to maintain terms and high quality of works, while recording and transferring all working process to the Workstation.

Work Orders Receipt, Efficiency Control, Errors and Mismatches Alert Systems provides automatic deduction of materials and adds wage payments.

Also the system automatically reveals technological breach, idle time, deviation from the task and other mismatches, and makes administrative decision if necessary.

Control block of AgroClever® automatically creates all the necessary reports. Besides, it forms an Executed Operations Self-Control Schedule.

Self-control is an administrative solution that obliges an Executor in charge (e.g. an agronomist) to estimate quality of each operation performed, and of a crop in whole. To accomplish the task, a list of fields matching a concrete operation to estimate, is transferred to the PDA of the agronomist. In the process, date, venue, and time of the agronomist's estimation is being fixed. AgroClever®'s logical block of self-control quality verification matches self-control and external control data, reveals mismatches and uncertain data, and immediately provides necessary recommendations.

AgroClever® provides self-control data analysis and verification, followed by elaboration of External Control Schedule.

External Control is a system of random checking of self-control compliance with actual results of separate operations execution and crop quality in whole.

In case of discrepancy in estimation, a Control Data Uncertainty Alert System creates appropriate reports and forms additional schedule for expanded (repeated) external control.

Reliable (verified) data passes to the GIS Criteria Automatic Forming System in order to create a Field Authentic Condition Catalogue that is to be used in a GIS Independent Control System.

GIS Criteria Analysis Wizard automatically matches evaluative specters from GIS images and ground estimation results, and passes all found mismatches to the External Control Database in order to record uncertain data and find an undelayed solution.

Besides, AgroClever®'s control block includes a Dynamic Forecast Function. According to the current evaluation results, it provides forecasts for a current yield capacity, cost-efficiency, actual expences, environmental pressure, and plan deviations, giving appropriate reports.

AgroClever® Informational Services help to consider and use (also automatically) current weather forecasts, products prices, tenders, purchases, normative standards etc.
